Continue getting a beak from this company afterwards everything was returned and account closed. Have contacted them several times and told each time it was taken intendance of.

We were unable to reach him by phone and have sent him an electronic mail. On June 10, 2021, Mr. ***** responded to one of our special advertisements for the XXXX-XXXX National Parks Quarters Sets. As promised, we included a trial selection from our U.S. Dollar Society service, introducing him to the hobby of money collecting and the many services that nosotros provide. Later on purchasing the trial choice, we shipped his second monthly selection (invoice ********) in July, 2021. We received his payment on July 30, 2021. His third monthly selection (invoice ********) was shipped on Baronial vi, 2021 and his 4th monthly selection (invoice ********) was shipped on September 1, 2021. On September 3, 2021, Mr. ***** emailed usa requesting to cancel the U.Southward. Dollar Club service. We promptly honored his asking, and noted his business relationship to not send whatsoever farther selections. As we had withal to receive payment or the items in return, invoices ******** and ******** were still outstanding. Between September and November, we sent several letters reminding him of the outstanding invoices and encouraged him to contact u.s.. Mr. ***** emailed united states of america again on November 26, 2021, requesting to abolish the service. Nosotros confirmed that we had honored his asking back in September. On November 29, 2021, Mr. ***** contacted us to pay for both outstanding invoices using his credit bill of fare. We were able to process his payment of $219.95 for invoice ********, but were unable to process his payment of $246.45 for invoice ********. We mailed a letter notifying him of the declined payment and requested that he contact us to resolve the payment issue. Since that fourth dimension, nosotros have not received whatsoever contact from Mr. ***** and his account still has an outstanding rest of $246.45. In our e-mail we explained that we were unable to process his payment of $246.45 for invoice ********, and that the balance remains outstanding. We apologized for the frustration acquired, and encouraged him to contact u.s. so we can resolve this concern.
